Job Overview:

We are looking for a Coordinator to ensure smooth and effective communication between clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will handle coordination via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls (if required) — ensuring all updates, feedback, and deliverables are managed efficiently and on time. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to maintain seamless workflow across all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and vendors.
  • Communicate via email, WhatsApp, and calls to manage updates, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all instructions are clearly conveyed and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Track progress of ongoing tasks or projects and report regular updates to management.
  • Maintain proper documentation and communication records.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve issues or queries promptly.
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and reliability in follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in coordination, client servicing, or administrative roles is an advantage.
