Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Cassandra, and NodeJS Fullstack development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a development team, designing scalable applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in building scalable enterprise applications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices and backend solutions.
  • Work on Cassandra database design, modeling, and query optimization.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end fullstack applications with Java backend and NodeJS frontend.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
  • Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and resolve complex production issues.
  • Contribute to solution design, system architecture, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE technologies.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead in Java development projects.
  • Strong expertise in Cassandra database – data modeling, queries, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microservices.
  • Experience with Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
