We are looking for a skilled Java React Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Springboot, microservices, and React lead.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java and React.
  • Lead the development team to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Springboot, microservices, and React.
  • Experience in leading development teams is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
  • Notice period: 0-30 days.
