Audiologist

Wewe are seeking a qualified Audiologist to join our team and provide post-sales fitting, customer guidance, and remote support. Your goal will be to reduce product returns, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive upgrade conversions by offering expert, empathetic assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to assist customers with hearing aid fitting, usage education, and comfort optimization.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting via Zoom, Zoho, phone, or other tele-audiology platforms.
• Manage and attend online video consultations booked through
• Collaborate with internal service and programming teams to align on customer-specific needs.
• Handle escalated service or support cases, ensuring fast and satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain detailed consultation records, support logs, and customer communication history.
• Stay current on product updates, fitting protocols, and digital support tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric mindset.
• Comfortable working with remote consultation tools and modern CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with hearing aid fitting, programming, and after-sales support.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultations daily.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through capabilities.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years in a clinical or tele-audiology setting.
• Prior experience with online customer engagement or telehealth platforms.
• Exposure to hearing aid brands and programming software.
