Minimum requirement:

- Master degree in audiology and speech language pathology. ( B. Sc in Audiology is our last option).

dispensing hearing aids/Training / Tele-sales preferred
- Confidence in presenting - excellent communication skills
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages will be added bonus)

**Responsibilities**:
Your core responsibility will be divided into training and coach non audiologists sales consultants of

sessions for them. You will also be responsible for:

- Training - onboarding and regular refresher trainings on Audiology and Product topics
- Coaching new consultants and become a mentor and track their progress
- Call quality audit and feedback sharing for sales consultants
- Innovative to develop learning material for consultants as well as partner audiologist.
- Knowledge of content creation on MS PowerPoint
- Helping consultants to resolve their doubts on real time basis
- Help in upskilling our partner clinics and help them to resolve issues remotely.
- Diagnose, counsel and recommend hearing aids to the patients remotely as well as face to face.
- Taking ear impressions and o
