Designation: Field Sales Officer Hosiery Industry
Location: Jaipur (100 PERCENT Field Travel)
Experience: Minimum 13 years in Hosiery/Garment Sales
Salary: Depends on interview
Gender: Any
Qualification: Graduation
Skills: Must be willing to travel 100 PERCENT of the time
Target Industry: Any

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively visit hosiery retailers, distributors, and wholesalers as per route plan
  • Demonstrate product samples (using company-provided trolley bag) and collect orders
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
  • Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and issue resolution
  • Submit travel reports and customer feedback regularly
Requirements:
  • Minimum 13 years of field sales experience in hosiery/garment industry
  • Must be willing to travel 100 PERCENT of the time
  • Physically fit and comfortable with daily field work and carrying trolley bag
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps for reporting.
