Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Implement sales strategies to expand market presence and brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market insights.
  • Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability at all retail counters.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong network with distributors, retailers, and beauty product dealers in the region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and surrounding areas.
