- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and services.
- Collaborate with the frontend team and integrate backend services with applications.
- Write and optimize complex SQL/database queries.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
- Leverage GenAI tools to improve productivity (e.g., code generation, documentation, test automation, debugging support).
You've Got What It Takes If You Have…
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in database design and writing complex queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred).
- Experience with production debugging and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of Git and version control practices.

- Experience with or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
