We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations and statutory compliance for our college staff (teaching & non-teaching). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll management, attendance handling, employee records, and statutory compliances relevant to educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities


Payroll Management


Process monthly payroll accurately and timely for all college staff.

Maintain attendance, leave, and timetable-related working records in coordination with HR and departmental heads.

Prepare salary sheets, payroll MIS, and reconciliation reports.

Manage salary disbursement through banking portals.

Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESI, taxation, etc.


Statutory Compliance


* Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, LWF, and applicable college/education sector regulations.

* File monthly and annual returns for PF/ESI as required.

* Maintain statutory registers and documentation for audits and inspections.

* Coordinate with relevant authorities for statutory notices or compliance requirements.

* Stay updated with labour and educational institution regulations in Rajasthan.


Documentation & HR Support


* Maintain accurate employee files including joining, KYC, contracts, and exit documentation.

* Prepare HR and compliance reports for management reviews.

* Support HR in staff data management, audits, and attendance reconciliation.

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll & compliance (experience in a school/college/education sector preferred).

* Good understanding of PF, ESI, and statutory compliances applicable to educational institutions.

* Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).

* Experience with HRMS or payroll software.

* Good communication, coordination, and confidentiality handling.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce / HR / Business Administration or related field.

* Certification in payroll management or labour laws is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
