We're seeking an E-Commerce Manager & Website Developer to take full ownership of our online business — ensuring our website runs smoothly, online sales grow steadily, and our digital storefront reflects the same excellence as our physical store.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company website to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory sync, order processing, and fulfillment.
  • Increase online sales through SEO, performance marketing coordination, and site optimization.
  • Ensure website security, speed, and mobile responsiveness at all times.
  • Upload and update products, banners, and promotions regularly.
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior, implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, online offers, and social media integrations.
  • Handle technical troubleshooting, liaising with developers or agencies if required.
  • Prepare sales reports, analytics dashboards, and performance reviews for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites (preferably in fashion or retail).
  • Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic back-end management.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good understanding of digital branding, UX, and online customer experience.
