HR Executive Talent Acquisition (Medical Devices)

Location: JASOLA (New Delhi) | 09:00 AM 06:00 PM | Monday to Saturday.

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to lead recruitment and HR operations for our fast-growing medical device business in India. This role will focus on building strong teams, ensuring compliance, and supporting our expansion across South Asia.

key responsibilities of an HR Manager :

  1. Recruitment & Staffing

  2. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.

  3. Manage the recruitment process (job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding).
  4. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

  5. Employee Relations

  6. Act as a bridge between management and employees.

  7. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
  8. Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

  9. Performance Management

  10. Design and implement performance appraisal systems.

  11. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
  12. Work with managers to set performance goals and improvement plans.

  13. Compensation & Benefits

  14. Manage payroll, incentives, and employee benefits.

  15. Develop competitive salary structures aligned with industry standards.
  16. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  17. Policy & Compliance

  18. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

  19. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  20. Maintain employee records and documentation.

  21. HR Operations & Administration

  22. Oversee day-to-day HR operations.

  23. Manage HR software, databases, and reporting.
  24. Handle workforce planning and organizational structure
