We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to maintain, support, and optimize our company's IT infrastructure within a fast-paced real estate and construction environment. The ideal candidate will manage servers, networks, cloud services, and user support systems to ensure seamless business operations across our sites, offices, and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure & Network Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments
  • Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs to support secure connectivity between head office, remote sites, and field workers.
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure across construction sites, sales offices, and corporate locations.

ser & Desktop Support

  • Provide technical support for end users, including hardware, software, and mobile device troubleshooting.

Software & Application Management

  • Support industry-specific platforms.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Active Directory and Office 365.Backup & Security
  • Implement and monitor daily backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus, patch management, firewall rules, and user training.
  • Monitor system logs and respond to potential threats and system alerts.
  • Asset Management & Procurement
  • Track IT inventory (laptops, servers, printers, site devices).

Project Support

  • Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to set up IT infrastructure at new construction sites.
  • Participate in system upgrades, office relocations, and implementation of new technologies.
  • Assist in procurement, vendor management, and deployment of new IT tools and hardware across multiple business units.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a System Administrator or IT support role.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data security, and backup solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with construction or real estate industry systems and workflows.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with regular support for remote and on-site teams.
  • May require occasional weekend or after-hours support during upgrades or emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
