Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Incharge to manage our SAP HANA operations and ensure smooth material and inventory management aligned with monthly production plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Material Management in SAP HANA.
  • Plan and execute production schedules to achieve monthly targets.
  • Handle manpower management & resource planning, ensuring safe and efficient loading/unloading of materials.
  • Maintain minimum/safety stock levels for all items.
  • Conduct monthly physical verification of inventory as per SOP.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material supply.
  • Handle BOM (Bill of Material) and code creation/correction in SAP.
  • Carry out daily and monthly stock verification.
  • Carry out daily dispatch plan.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SAP HANA (Material Management module preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and material planning.
  • Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years in a relevant role.
