We are currently looking to hire **Incharge - Module Assembly**. Your primary job purpose in this role is to achieve monthly Production Plan maintaining quality, safety, and delivery timelines in Module Assembly section. You will utilise D365 system for all processes thereby supporting the Production manager in ensuring uninterrupted Module Assembly activities. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% delivery from Module Assembly section.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Daily/Weekly production Planning for MODULE Assembly shop
- Daily Monitoring of plan Vs. Actual along with corrective actions to achieve 100%
- Daily/weekly Production order closures on time in D365
- Daily/weekly Process audits closure - Quality and EHS
- Daily/weekly Issue transfer orders to stores in D365
- Daily/weekly Re-work orders generation and closure in D365
- Daily/weekly monitoring and Shopfloor Scrap disposal
- Preparing & Monitoring of daily report.
- Monitoring & actions on in-process defects /rejection. - First pass yield ( FPY), submission of corrective and preventive actions with respect to defects.
- Multiskilling of Operators within the section
- Monitoring for the quality & safety systems parameters (as per target)
- Identification, monitoring, execution of shop floor manpower as per the monthly operation plan. (Manpower planning as per monthly plan, manpower Utilisation, prod. efficiency)
- Strive for continuous improvement on three pillars - Safety, Quality and Productivity
- Reduction in manufacturing overheads - OT, Cycle time reduction, Zero defect,
- Lead physical stock taking activity in Module assembly area and submission of analysis for variance.
- Ensure usage of Production consumables and its availability and control for optimum utilisation

**Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge**:
- **Minimum Experience**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical

Minimum 8 - 10 + years for BE & 10 - 12 years for DME post qualification experience in similar industry
