Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Collections Manager, located in Jaipur Tehsil. The Regional Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collections process within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include monitoring overdue payments, ensuring adherence to collections targets, developing and implementing recovery strategies, and coordinating with teams to ensure accurate reporting. Collaboration with stakeholders to resolve client disputes and maintain positive relationships will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of collections and recovery processes, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven skills in team management, leadership, and strategy implementation.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and collections management systems is a plus.
  • Relevant work experience in the financial services or banking industry.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business administration, or a related field.
