Overview: The Product Design Manager plays a crucial role in leading the design team, ensuring the development of innovative and user-friendly products, and maintaining design consistency across the organization. They combine creative vision with strategic thinking to drive the product design process forward.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the product design team to achieve high-performance goals.
  • Must have minimum 4+yrs of team management experience of miniumum 4+Yrs
  • Develop and implement design strategies to enhance product functionality and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with overall product goals

  • Oversee the entire product design lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into the design process
  • Create design prototypes and iterate based on feedback
  • Ensure consistency of design across all products and platforms
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design
  • Manage and prioritize design projects, resources, and timelines
  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
  • Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the design team's processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or relevant field
  • Proven experience in product design and at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team
  • In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies
  • Experience in user-centered design and creating exceptional user experiences
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present design concepts persuasively
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects
