Job Title: Social Media Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience working with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, particularly within industries such as skincare, makeup, and related wellness sectors, is essential.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features on social media platforms, particularly Instagram, including reels, stories, and emerging content formats.
  • Showcase a strong understanding of Instagram reels, having created content that has garnered significant engagement and possibly even viral attention.
  • Blend the roles of an influencer and a full-time professional, demonstrating a passion for both creating engaging content and driving results for the company.
  • Exhibit a natural creative flair, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to social media content creation and community engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to create funny, relatable reels and maintain a creative profile that aligns with COMPANY's brand values and aesthetics.
  • Proficient in the art of creating reels, possessing a keen eye for visual storytelling and an understanding of how to captivate audiences through short-form video content.
  • Ideally, the candidate should have experience in building a personal brand as an influencer, showcasing the ability to grow and engage an audience authentically.
  • A genuine passion for Instagram and a deep understanding of its functionalities, algorithms, and community dynamics.
  • Female candidates preferred, as the role may involve representing the brand in a relatable and engaging manner to predominantly female audiences.
