SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) implementation. Lets break down the key points from your requirements:

1. Implementation Experience: The candidate should have experience in implementing SAP TM, including requirement gathering and blueprinting.

2. Design Experience: Mandatory design experience is essential. This involves designing solutions and processes within the SAP TM framework.

6. SAP TM Knowledge:

o Master Data & CIF: Understanding of master data and Core Interface (CIF) in SAP TM.

o Order Management: Proficiency in handling transportation orders.

o Planning: Knowledge of profile-based and optimizer-based planning.

o Load Optimization: Understanding load optimization techniques.

o Freight Order Management: Managing freight orders.

o Intermodal and Multimodal Scenarios: Familiarity with different transportation modes.

o Carrier Selection & Optimization: Selecting carriers efficiently.

o Tendering: Managing tender processes.

o Freight & Forwarding Settlement: Handling financial aspects.

o TM Conditions and BRF+: Configuring transportation conditions and business rules.

7. Integration:

o Integrating SAP eWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP EM (Event Management) with SAP TM.

o Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Embedded TM.

8. Master Data Management:

o Instrumental in managing SAP TM master data, including products, business partners, dangerous goods, transportation network, and resources (vehicles, trailers, handling units).

9. Additional Skills:

o Working with IDOCs and output management through PPF (Post Processing Framework).

o Proven track record of successful SAP TM implementation projects.

o Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.

o Proficiency in SAP TM configuration, including transportation planning and carrier selection.

o Experience with SAP TM integration across other SAP modules and third-party systems.

o Event Management expertise.

o Proficiency in Package Building and Freight Unit Building enhancements.

o Handling Minor & Major Releases and interpreting issues during releases.

o Hands-on experience in various transportation scenarios (Domestic Inbound, Domestic Outbound, International).

o Knowledge of OBI (Order-Based Integration) & DBI (Delivery-Based Integration) processes.

o Understanding charge calculation and cost distribution.

o Proficient in EDI/Non-EDI communication with carriers.

o Knowledge of tendering and execution processes.

10. Certification and Experience:

o SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory).

o 4-7 years of hands-on SAP TM experience.

o Knowledge of SAP EM.

o Exposure to enhancement and rollout projects.

o Willingness to work in shifts.
