Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP B1.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, bank entries, and adjustments in SAP.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments, collections, and settlements.
  • Generate and analyze financial and operational reports through SAP B1.
  • Assist in monthly/quarterly closing and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and data consistency.
  • Support the finance and operations team in day-to-day SAP-related tasks.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on SAP Business One (SAP B1).
  • Knowledge of PO, PI, invoices, journal entries, and bank transactions.
  • Strong understanding of A/P & A/R processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
