B.tech Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project execution, process improvements, and day-to-day operations.
• Support senior engineers/managers in design, development, testing, and implementation tasks.
• Learn and apply relevant tools, technologies, and industry practices.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports as per company standards.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues under supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.

Required Skills:

• Strong academic background in B.Tech –(Mechanical / Electrical)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of [industry-specific software/tools like AutoCAD, MATLAB, Python, Java, SAP, etc. – customize as per role].
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Eligibility:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Freshers – 0 to 1 Year Experience).
• Location flexibility if required (Ready to relocate/travel).
• Vehicle is compulsory with driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
