About the Role:

KVR Groups is seeking an experienced
Project Manager

with strong expertise in
National Highway / State Highway projects

. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, lead teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure that the project is completed within timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of
    highway construction projects
     as per NHAI / MORTH standards.
  • Plan, monitor, and control project activities including
    earthwork, structures, bridges, culverts, pavement works, PQC, GSB/WMM/DBM/BC
    , etc.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules using
    MS Project / Primavera
    .
  • Monitor daily progress, material usage, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure adherence to site
    quality
     and
    safety
     standards.
  • Review DPRs, BOQs, technical drawings, and work methodologies.
  • Track project cost, manage budgets, and prepare monthly progress reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or site issues to avoid project delays.
  • Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors, and execution teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of
    highway construction standards (MORTH/NHAI)
  • Proven experience in project planning & on-ground execution
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
  • Team leadership and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of
    quality assurance
     and
    safety compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 10–15 years
     of experience in
    highway construction projects
  • Hands-on experience in managing large-scale project execution
