Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and implement Calypso-based solutions to support front-to-back

trading, risk, and operations processes.


• Customize and enhance Calypso workflows, trade capture screens, and messaging

interfaces.


• Integrate Calypso with internal and external systems (e.g., market data, downstream

reporting, clearing systems).


• Work closely with business analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver robust and

scalable solutions.


• Participate in the full SDLC including requirement gathering, design, development,

testing, and deployment.


• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support Calypso applications in production

environments.


• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:


• 4–12 years of experience in Calypso platform development.


• Strong understanding of capital markets, derivatives, fixed income, FX, and/or

securities.


• Expertise in Calypso customization, workflow configuration, and messaging services.


• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and related integration technologies.


• Experience with Calypso APIs and interfaces (Market Data, STP, Risk).


• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
