Job Description:

As an AI Lead, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions across our core platforms. Your focus will be on NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and applying machine learning models to real-world problems. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate ideas into intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI/ML initiatives and guide junior engineers
  • Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP pipelines
  • Design machine learning workflows for classification, prediction, and recommendation systems
  • Integrate AI models into production environments with scalability and performance in mind
  • Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI outputs with business goals
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in deep learning, LLMs, and generative AI

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Proficient in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
  • Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and transformer architectures
  • Familiarity with ML Ops tools, version control, and deployment practices
  • Solid grasp of AI ethics, model evaluation, and optimization
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
