Education and Experience Required:

• 5+ Year of experience in leading RPA tools (VB Scripting mandatory) such as Automation Anywhere 11 and A360 with a Microsoft .Net background to support DB activities and Web API.
• Education: Masters/bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent
• Process: Agile, Scrum certification will be an added advantage
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving and presentation skills, and proactive attitude

Skills and Competency

• Should have experience on SDLC and Agile Project development.

• Should have good experience in setting up, develop and manage RPA environment and delivery processes for the business.

• Technical Knowledge on Automation Anywhere 11 tool and A360
• Good Knowledge on Databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Good Knowledge on .Net Core and .Net frameworks and WebAPI (.Net, Django)
• Good Knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud application Deployments.
• Keen on business process improvement
• Able to manage stakeholders with various priorities
• Has hunger to learn and apply new technologies
• Can manage small scale projects simultaneously
• Proficient in English communication
• Professional knowledge in various business processes
• Experience in programming / insight in IT and digital technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert on leading RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere 11 and A360
• Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
• Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues.
• Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
• Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
• Documenting the automation procedures
• Lead efforts related to RPA technology and architecture while actively working with IT technology and infrastructure team.
• Support Yokogawa's digital transformation and digitalization solutions.
• Closely work with Business team, provide technical, and functional feasibility for requirements.
• Develop, design, prepare and execute the solutions based on the business requirement.
• Rapid prototyping and presenting conceptual design and working prototypes to management.

• Fine tuning the requirements based on the industry standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure Team as well as the Business/end users on design and strategy definition.

• Based on business need, flexible to work outside business hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers
• Develop automation promotion capabilities in the regions and collaboratively solve issues
• Collaborate with DSHQ to solve technical problems as needed

Essential Technical Skills:

RPA tools - Automation Anywhere 11 and A360

Web Technologies - .Net,. NetCore, MVC, Web API's, JSON, HTML.

Languages - C#

IDE Microsoft - Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code

Database - SQL Server, PostgreSQL

Scripting - VB Scripting (Mandatory for RPA)
