We're Hiring: Layout Engineer – Revit/BIM Expert

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Job Summary:

As a Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for:

-Developing layouts using Revit and BIM tools

-Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams

-Supporting system design, 3D modeling, clash coordination, and documentation

-Working with cutting-edge technologies in material handling and automation

Key Responsibilities:

System & Layout Design

-Optimize system layouts during sales and engineering phases

-Create Revit models from functional design inputs

-Integrate safety, ergonomics, and accessibility into designs

-Coordinate interfaces with buildings, operators, and procurement teams

3D Modeling, Drafting & Documentation

-Build & manage 3D conveyor models in Revit

-Extract accurate 2D drawings

-Conduct basic clash detection using Navisworks

-Maintain documentation consistency and prepare equipment specs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

3–5 years of experience in Revit modeling and layout development

Solid understanding of BIM workflows and Revit problem-solving

Technical Skills

-Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

-Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM documentation & clash detection

-Conveyor/mechanical system design understanding

-Layout planning & specification development

-Strong foundation in engineering processes
