About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to support and drive our digital outreach, lead generation, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in B2B or technical industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns targeting B2B clients in technical sectors in North American Markets

  • Manage and update database for effective follow-up and nurturing

  • Support vendor registration processes on procurement platforms

  • Contribute to digital outreach via email marketing, SEO activities, social media and LinkedIn campaigns

  • Track and evaluate marketing KPIs; make improvement recommendations

  • Collaborate with our team and participate in virtual meetings during overlapping USA - EST hours

  • Coordinate tasks and contribute to refining marketing workflows and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related roles

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably for service-based or technical industries

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting

  • Strong organizational and analytical mindset

-North American / Western European Market exposure

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

  • Familiarity with engineering services, 3D rendering, or technical animations

  • Knowledge of SEO, digital content creation, and marketing automation

  • Experience working with international clients or remote teams
