Job Summary
NextNation is a fast-growing organization dedicated to creating impactful learning and career opportunities for professionals across healthcare, education, and international programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientedm Operations Intern to support our academic and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day academic operations, including scheduling classes, tracking attendance, and coordinating with trainers/mentors.
  • Support in monitoring student progress, maintaining academic records, and ensuring timely feedback collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of academic sessions.
  • Help in preparing reports, presentations, and learning materials for academic programs.
  • Handle student queries and provide support related to classes, study materials, and assessments.
  • Assist in quality control of academic delivery, ensuring sessions meet organizational standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the academic operations function.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Humanities, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in academic management, education technology, or operations.
