Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientedm Operations Intern to support our academic and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day academic operations, including scheduling classes, tracking attendance, and coordinating with trainers/mentors.
- Support in monitoring student progress, maintaining academic records, and ensuring timely feedback collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of academic sessions.
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and learning materials for academic programs.
- Handle student queries and provide support related to classes, study materials, and assessments.
- Assist in quality control of academic delivery, ensuring sessions meet organizational standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the academic operations function.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Humanities, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in academic management, education technology, or operations.
