Role Overview:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our creative and marketing team to design engaging graphics for digital and print media. From social media creatives to branding materials, you'll bring fresh ideas and execute them using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media posts, ads, website banners, email templates, and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist in creating brand identities, logos, and visual assets for clients.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team to brainstorm new concepts.
  • Adapt and repurpose existing designs across platforms.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Stay updated with design trends and creative best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and trends.
