Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Faizabad. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and overseeing customer support teams. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer service. The role requires close coordination with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
