Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional and UI testing of websites and software before deployment.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, and ensure timely resolution with the development team.
  • Provide technical support to customers for website/software-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to domain, hosting, emails, and software installations.
  • Prepare test cases, test reports, and user guides.
  • Maintain customer interaction logs in a ticketing/support system.
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure customer requirements and feedback are properly implemented.
