Overview of Job Function:

The Senior Architect role is a pivotal position that involves designing, developing and overseeing the implementation of AI based solution that solves complex business problem and process. He/She will work closely with multiple teams within and outside org to conceptualize, prototype, test and release. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive background in architecture, machine learning, deep learning and scalable cloud computing, data integration, hands-on technical implementation skills, and a passion for enhancing existing methodologies. They will act as a catalyst, adept at removing barriers for both IT and business groups by fostering effective communication, devising innovative solutions, and focusing on automation wherever possible. Beyond technical acumen, the Senior Solutions Architect must exhibit exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

Principal Duties And Essential Responsibilities

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with architecting/designing/development of cloud-based enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of development experience in delivering AI/Machine Learning based solutions.
• Should lead the decision-making process for technical and architectural choices with external AI /ML service providers like Microsoft, Amazon, Open AI etc. to ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
• Must collaborate with Business Partners, Stakeholders, Product Owners and Software Engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into AI and ML (Enterprise) solutions. Must have experience in model optimization and fine-tuning of large language models for better performance, latency, memory, and throughput.
• Demo the results of analyses/design in a clear and impactful manner. Able to break down sophisticated AI & Machine Learning model knowledge to easy to interpret information for non-technical audiences. Identify relevant Use Case specific data sources and design methods for data collection, integration, cleansing, and transformation. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure quality and relevance of data for GenAI model training.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms. Conduct research and experimentation to explore innovative approaches and techniques that can enhance Enterprise AI capabilities.
• Meet the deliverables in a tight timeframe with cost effective Testing and release cycle.
• Implement enhancements and customizations.
• Provide technical support for issues including hands-on troubleshooting.
• Ensure optimal solution performance, availability, stability and scalability of the application.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum requirements and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as Solution Architect or similar role.

• Experience working with multi discipline teams building complex large systems.
• Strong background in software development and Solution Architecture on Enterprise application and Data Integration
• Good exposure to Cloud technologies and cloud platforms and a good understanding of migrating applications to cloud.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle cloud) development and migration.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing tools.

• Familiarity with cloud architecture, APIs, and microservices.

• Understanding of LLMs (OpenAI API, Open Source LLMs) Transformer/Neural Network architectures, Vector/Graph Databases, Lang Chain, RAG and their application in Gen AI.

• Deep understanding of automation with RPA.

• Skills:
