Principal Technology Architect

Technology – Java or DotNet stack background, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Architecture Integration and Knowledge of multiple technologies applicable to Banking industry - AWS / Azure Cloud, UI frameworks, DevOps, GenAI etc Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Roles and Responsibilities - For Principal Technology Architect Essential
• Engage with business owners to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs.
• Provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
• Provide high end consulting services to stakeholders across the client domains to ensure the delivery of strategic outcomes.
• Responsible for the development of solutions for one or more complex portfolios/domains to ensure effective solutions are designed in accordance with business value priorities, business requirements, client's standards and technology strategy.
• Responsible for business and technology collaboration and ensure effective engagement with various delivery partners.
• Define the architecture policies, standards, processes, reference architectures, and solution and architecture building blocks for the enterprise and drive governance thereof
• Knowledge of established EA frameworks like TOGAF and their application
• Knowledge of Retail and Consumer Banking industry from high level functional perspective
• Knowledge and awareness of emerging technology trends and solutions relevant to Banking and FS industry
• Deep understanding of Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture and Security Architecture Desirable
• Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of key business and technology trends in the banking industry to arrive at the solution
• Knowledge of security and data architecture applicable for banking domain
• Knowledge of EA tools to maintain the architecture plans and roadmaps
