Role Summary

We are looking for a committed and compassionate MBBS Doctor to lead clinical care at our Kalamboli Health Center. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a difference on the ground, with strong clinical judgment, good patient communication, and an openness to community-oriented healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily outpatient care at the health center
  • Conduct medical consultations, diagnoses, and prescribe appropriate treatments
  • Maintain patient records in both manual and digital formats
  • Coordinate with nurses, field staff, and program managers for integrated care delivery
  • Participate in awareness camps, community outreach, and preventive care activities
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards of care
  • Contribute to periodic reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • MBBS from a recognized institution with valid MCI/State Medical Council registration
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Effective communication in English and local language (Marathi/Hindi)
  • Willingness to work full-time in Kalamboli and serve the local population
