Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in CICS and Assembler programming to join our client's team in Bangalore. The role involves designing and implementing CICS-based applications, managing CICS transactions, and developing assembler routines for performance-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain CICS-based mainframe applications.
  • Define and manage CICS transactions effectively.
  • Write and optimize high-level assembler (HLASM) code.
  • Develop interfaces between CICS applications and other mainframe components.
  • Establish and manage database connectivity via CICS.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in a mainframe environment independently.
  • Deliver quality solutions within tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in mainframe development.
  • Strong knowledge of CICS and transaction management.
  • Proficiency in Assembler programming (HLASM) on mainframes.
  • Experience in developing mainframe interfaces and database connectivity.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid setup.
  • Willingness to work UK shift in Bangalore.
