As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll not only design intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging interfaces but also lead a design team and collaborate directly with clients to turn ideas into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback, ensuring smooth communication.
  3. Craft engaging, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that simplify complex problems.
  5. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  7. Work closely with developers and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI/UX projects.
  2. 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design (agency or product-based preferred).
  3. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
  4. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients confidently.
  6. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding and mentoring designers.
