Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and annual filings (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
  • Manage GST registrations, refunds, and other returns (e.g., GSTR-10).
  • Reconcile GST data with books of accounts.
  • Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices on time.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for GST audits and assessments.
  • Prepare data and replies for GST audits (u/s 65) and show-cause notices.
  • Work on GST process automation and prepare MIS reports.
  • Use Advanced Excel and Tally for accounting and reporting.
  • Lead and guide a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, 27EQ) and handle their revisions.
  • Ensure timely payment of TDS and Advance Tax.
  • File Income Tax Returns (ITR-5 & ITR-6) on time.
  • Reconcile TDS with books of accounts.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
  • Prepare data for Tax Audit (u/s 44AB), assessments, and appeals.
  • Draft replies to Income Tax Show Cause Notices.
  • Work on Income Tax and TRACES portals.
  • Use Advanced Excel, Tally, and Winman software.
  • Support income tax process automation and prepare MIS reports.
  • Lead and guide a small team.
