We are looking for an experienced 
Backend Developer

with strong expertise in 
Golang, Elixir, or Python

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and build 
scalable backend systems

, work on 
microservices

, and contribute to 
high-performance applications

. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in a 
fast-paced, agile environment

.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain 
    scalable and secure backend services
  • Develop and optimize microservices

with efficient APIs (
gRPC, GraphQL, REST

)
- Work with 
SQL/NoSQL databases

, ensuring data integrity and performance
- Apply 
Go's concurrency features

(goroutines, channels) to build high-performance systems
- Write 
clean, maintainable, and testable code

with proper documentation
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and front-end teams to deliver features
- Deploy and monitor applications in 
containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines

for seamless releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to 
continuous improvement
- Work with Kafka/NATS

for event-driven architecture

Requirements

  • Strong programming experience in 
    Golang, Erlang, or Python

.
- Solid understanding of 
Go's concurrency model

(goroutines, channels, etc.).
- Expertise in 
microservices architecture

with 
gRPC / GraphQL

.
- Hands-on experience with 
SQL & NoSQL databases

.
- Proficiency with 
Git

and other version control tools.
- Knowledge of 
Docker

and exposure to 
CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving

skills.
- Familiarity with 
message brokers

such as Kafka or NATS.
- Experience in 
Agile/Scrum development environments

.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years

of software development experience.
- Minimum 
3+ years

of hands-on experience in 
Golang, Erlang, or Python

.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining 
scalable backend services

.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

(or equivalent practical experience).
