The target market is divided into several sectors based upon application as special pressure sensors for Industrial Automation / Gas Boilers , HVAC & White Goods & have Market presence in Europe , USA , Asia , Australia , Africa , Middle East & South America
Processing all customer orders & enquiries. Ensuring the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction to maximize sales & repeat business.
They are urgently , looking for Customer Service & Inside Sales Executive @ Noida
Location: Noida, India
Reports to: VP Sales APAC (Excl China)
Qualification , Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Technical education (Preferably Graduate in Engineering/Technology).
- 5-10 years Relevant experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service activities
- High proficiency in English language is essential including the ability to converse &
write about commercial or technical subjects.
- Excellent Numeracy skills
- Proficient skills of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Solid grounding & understanding of CRM like Zoho or Salesforce.
- SAP Skills advantageous
Responsible for:
- Order Checking, processing & order booking.
- Quotations of price & delivery date
- Resolving customer queries with the help of HQ (Product Management, Quality ,
Logistics & production
- Handling Credit notes requests
- CRM usage & report generation
- Assist Territory Managers for effective account administration etc.
- RMA Processing
- Update customer/distributors about their order status.
Role Summary
- To work on all processes involving customers orders, inquiries & customer issues.
- Identifying sales opportunities through referral/quote process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming leads & prioritize for Sales qualification (response time of & 2-hour target for incoming calls/emails)
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, & inbound calls.
- Order Price checking, processing, booking & submitting OC to customers.
- Communication with customers via phone or e-mail.
- Resolving customers technical or commercial queries by working with VP Sales, Product Management, quality, or production.
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, & Finance to confirm pricing, shipments, & order status.
- Use Order Booking software to provide order status & pull quotes for pricing & part availability
- Support external Sales team for their day-to-day tasks.
- Data analysis of customer accounts, market sectors & product groups of the named accounts
- Examine & resolve requests that have shipping issues & provide shipping documents.
- Evaluate & enter credit requests & daily management of task allocation.
- liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
- Investigate & sort out open orders on production hold.
- Support customers in creating RMA & coordinating with factory for satisfactory resolution.
- Other duties & tasks as assigned.

- Have you interacted with OEMs, Engineering firms, consultants , System Integrators, Engineering Companies ?
- Have you interacted with market verticals like Building Automation , Chillers, Compressors , Boilers / Heat Exchangers etc ?
- Have you interacted with HVAC/R manufacturers , Critical care / (ICUs / ICCUs), emergency rooms (ERs) / Hospital , Health care , Medical , Life Sciences, general applications verticals etc.?
- Are you proficient in English & Hindi ?
- Have you interacted with European / American Nationals?
