Job Description:

  • The role will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, program delivery and leadership development with specific focus on program outcomes and impact in Odisha

  • Serve as the lead for the programs & Nurture and deepen relationship with senior leadership of Odisha (both elected representatives and bureaucrats, across departments and levels) as trusted and credible partners

  • Take full ownership of program delivery, program management and project management

  • Coordinate effectively with domain teams in matters of planning, program design, review and reporting, monitoring, evaluation and learning

Job Requirements:

  • A Master's degree preferably in Development / Policy / Management / equivalent. The higher degree is preferred, but can be relaxed for candidates with exceptional track record.

-12+ years' experience in the social development sector with at least five years in senior management roles; experience in urban sector will be an advantage

  • Strong systems change knowledge and practice including ability to adapt to differing contexts

  • Candidates with experience in working within or closely with government are particularly welcome

  • Experience in working closely with state and/or union governments in large scale systems change or consulting projects, involving stakeholder relationship and program management would be an advantage
