Position: Senior Resident / Junior Consultant

Experience: 06 years post-MD/MS/DNB

Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Department: [Specialty e.g., Internal Medicine, Radiology, Surgery, Pediatrics]

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Care

  2. Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of senior consultants.

  3. Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency cases as per departmental protocols.

  4. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures relevant to specialty.

  5. Patient Management & Safety

  6. Maintain accurate medical records, case histories, and progress notes.

  7. Ensure evidence-based treatment and patient safety standards.

  8. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.

  9. Academic & Research Activities

  10. Participate in departmental academic sessions, CMEs, and case discussions.

  11. Assist in ongoing clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

  12. Stay updated with latest guidelines and advancements in specialty.

  13. Team Collaboration

  14. Work closely with consultants, nurses, and allied health staff.

  15. Supervise junior residents/interns when required.
  16. Contribute to a collaborative and patient-centric environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in [specialty].
  • DMC/State Medical Council registration is mandatory.
  • 06 years of post-PG experience (freshers may also apply for Senior Resident roles).
