Position: Senior Resident / Junior Consultant
Experience: 06 years post-MD/MS/DNB
Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
Department: Anaesthesia
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of senior consultants.
- Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency cases as per departmental protocols.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures relevant to specialty.
Patient Management & Safety
Maintain accurate medical records, case histories, and progress notes.
- Ensure evidence-based treatment and patient safety standards.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.
Academic & Research Activities
Participate in departmental academic sessions, CMEs, and case discussions.
- Assist in ongoing clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with latest guidelines and advancements in specialty.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with consultants, nurses, and allied health staff.
- Supervise junior residents/interns when required.
- Contribute to a collaborative and patient-centric environment.
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in [specialty].
- DMC/State Medical Council registration is mandatory.
- 06 years of post-PG experience (freshers may also apply for Senior Resident roles).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure healthcare environment.
