Job Title: Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & Python)

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS (frontend) and Python (backend).
  • Build and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Work on AI-driven product features and contribute to the integration of machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong expertise in ReactJS (hooks, state management, Redux, REST/GraphQL integration).
  • Proficiency in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and backend development.
  • Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Added Advantage):

  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, IAM).
  • Exposure to fintech or banking domain projects.
