As a Principal I, Software Engineering - Digital Health, you will be focusing on design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure for our Digital Health platforms. This role is critical in ensuring high availability, data security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) while enabling rapid and reliable software delivery. The role will be based out of Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based applications (Spring Boot, Angular, SAP Hybris).

• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) in all DevOps processes.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring to reduce manual intervention.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to integrate DevSecOps practices.

• Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical healthcare systems.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years in DevOps or related roles, with 3+ years in cloud-native environments.

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and security best practices.

• Strong scripting skills (Python or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
