What You'll Be Doing
As our Website Development & UX Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing, optimizing, and securing our main website and landing pages. You'll work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure that every page not only looks great but converts traffic into leads. From user experience design to page speed improvements, your focus will be on building a fast, secure, and conversion-optimized website experience that supports our marketing goals.
Your Responsibilities:
Web Development & UX.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive website pages using WordPress and Elementor.
- Ensure all pages are mobile-friendly, load quickly, and meet modern UX/UI standards.
- Build and manage campaign-specific landing pages that align with brand and performance goals.
- Audit and refine user journeys to reduce friction and improve engagement.
Conversion Optimization
- Lead website-based A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Use heatmaps, analytics, and behavior tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously improve CTAs, forms, and navigation based on user data.
Technical Integrations & Tracking
- Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other analytics platforms.
- Ensure consistent use of UTM parameters and conversion tracking across all channels.
- Support integrations with marketing tools, CRM (Bitrix24), and lead capture systems.
Security & Performance
- Manage site security, SSL, caching, and DNS through Cloudflare and other services.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and page speed performance.
- Keep plugins, themes, and integrations secure and up to date.
Brand & Compliance
- Maintain design consistency and uphold Metal Pro's brand identity across all web assets.
- Ensure ADA compliance and privacy requirements are met, including cookie and tracking policies.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in website development, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with WordPress (Elementor), HTML/CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of Cloudflare (DNS, security, caching) or equivalent platforms.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-focused design.
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and manage projects independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Bitrix24 or similar CRMs.
- Familiarity with lead-gen websites in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
