ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for Test Manager to lead QA strategy, delivery and automation for our product/platform. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent product quality while collaborating across products, engineering and DevOps teams

Job Description:

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and test automation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments is highly desirable.
  • Relevant testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software
  • Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and training
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software projects
  • Manage the execution of testing phases, including functional, regression, performance and integration testing
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, defect trends and overall product quality
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies related to software testing and quality assurance
  • Ensure that testing processes adhere to established quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools
