Administrative Support
Manage and organize the Directors daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and manual) for easy retrieval of important documents.
Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries directed to the Directors office.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
Meetings & Events
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare agendas for meetings.
Record and circulate minutes of meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action points.
Assist in organizing school functions, seminars, conferences, and events as per the Directors instructions.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Maintain professionalism while dealing with school stakeholders at all levels.
Support in School Operations
Assist the Director in monitoring deadlines, school compliance requirements, and reporting needs.
Follow up on tasks assigned by the Director to various departments/teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
Confidentiality, integrity, and reliability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration/Management/English/Communication).
Prior experience as a PA/Secretary/Administrative Officer, preferably in an educational institution.
Strong IT and office management skills.
