- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Gain a deep understanding of the companys services and find gaps in the customers lives wherein the companys services fit
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a tele team
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers.
- Answering customers' questions on the services.
- Meeting sales quotas.
Full Time role:- 9 hrs. Shift/ 6 Days working Mon-Sat
Location:- Bandra West, Mumbai
