Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Core Java and a proven track record in designing and deploying scalable SaaS applications. This role also encompasses responsibilities as a Solution Architect, requiring you to drive technical decisions and set architectural direction.

You will be instrumental in leading the development of enterprise-scale HRMS web and mobile solutions, providing hands-on leadership to the team, and delivering robust applications on the AWS cloud platform. Your expertise in full-stack development, cloud deployment, and system architecture will be essential to the success of our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Design:

  • Define, design, and implement scalable and secure SaaS architectures.

  • Establish technical standards, design patterns, and best practices.

  • Backend Engineering (Core Java):

  • Lead the development of backend services using Core Java, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

  • Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of the backend systems.

  • Database Design & Optimization:

  • Design and maintain relational database schemas using MySQL.

  • Optimize complex queries and ensure data integrity and reliability.

  • Frontend & Mobile Development:

  • Build responsive web applications using Angular.

  • Develop cross-platform mobile applications using the Ionic Framework.

  • Technical Leadership & Team Management:

  • Guide and mentor a team of developers and QA engineers.

  • Oversee code reviews, enforce development standards, and support career growth within the team.

  • Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps (AWS):

  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS.

  • Monitor system health, manage CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Proficient in Angular and Ionic Framework
  • Expertise in MySQL, schema design, and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
  • Prior experience delivering SaaS-based enterprise applications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
