About the Role

We are seeking an E-Commerce Data & Content Analyst
to support our growing FMCG e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a mix of analytical and creative skills — combining
data-driven insights
with a strong eye for product presentation and platform optimisation.

This role is a bridge between
commercial analytics
,
content management
, and
operations reporting
, ensuring our online marketplace performance is accurate, competitive, and visually aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain
    weekly P&L and sales performance reports
    for all e-commerce platforms.
  • Track and update
    COGS, pricing, and other financial inputs
    in tools such as Sellerboard.
  • Conduct
    product content research
    — recommend optimized
    titles, images, and descriptions
    as per marketplace guidelines (Amazon, eBay, Temu, OnBuy, etc.).
  • Collaborate with category and marketing teams to improve
    product visibility, conversions, and content accuracy
    .
  • Assist in
    catalogue management
    by updating SKUs, product details, and ensuring listing consistency.
  • Generate actionable insights from
    sales trends, pricing analysis, and performance dashboards
    .
  • Support
    campaign tracking and ROI analysis
    for promotional and marketing activities.
  • Maintain and validate
    data accuracy
    across internal reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
    .
  • 1–3 years
    of experience in
    E-Commerce or FMCG
    data/reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query)
    and familiarity with
    Power BI
    or other dashboard tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of
    e-commerce platforms
    (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and basic SEO/product optimization principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with
    Sellerboard, Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central, or marketplace dashboards
    .
  • Exposure to
    pricing analysis, product performance tracking
    , and content benchmarking.
  • Understanding of
    digital campaigns and ROI metrics
    .
