Key Responsibilities of a Tools Automation SME (IaC):

Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement automation solutions that meet business requirements and improve efficiency.

Technical Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to other teams on the use of automation tools.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive or time-consuming tasks.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to automation performance and generate reports.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure the smooth functioning of automation solutions.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and implement automation solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends, and implement improvements to automation solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of automation tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Swift), and software development principles.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to automation.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other teams.

Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor other engineers on automation projects.

Experience: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions.
